Frequently Asked Questions
Can Tim travel to me?
Yes, Tim services most of the Sydney area, and can travel to you. Depending on location, this may incur a travel/time additional cost.
How long does a treatment last?

For a first consultation with a dog, allow approximately 40-60 minutes and approximately 30-45 minutes for follow up treatments. For consultations for owners, contact Tim directly to discuss the most suitable approach and treatment duration.

Each coaching session with Mimi is one hour in duration, unless it is agreed that a Personal Breakthrough session is needed in which case, you should allow for at least a two hour block of time, although this may vary depending on the individual’s circumstances.

What do I need to know before my first consultation/session?

FOR DOGS

It would be very helpful if you can bring detailed information about your dog’s medical history, diet, exercise history and any medication they may be taking.

FOR OWNERS

Mimi will email you a short questionnaire for you to complete and send back to her prior to the first coaching session, along with an Introductory Coaching Pack.

How do I make a booking?

FOR DOGS

Either telephone Tim on 0408 699 371, email him, or complete the Contact Form.

FOR OWNERS

Contact Mimi on 0412 911 099, email her or complete the Contact Form.

Is there a cancellation policy?
If you cannot make your appointment, we would appreciate as much notice as possible. If it is less than 24 hours cancellation notice of booking, this will incur a 100% cancellation fee as this prevents someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
How much is the fee?

FOR DOGS

The first consultation for a one-hour mobile service is $130 (+ GST) and generally can last a full one hour which includes a complete history being taken plus a treatment. Each session thereafter is $130 (+ GST) and includes 2 weeks post-session support by phone/email. Depending on your location, a travel fee may be charged.

A 30 minute Skype consult is $85 (+ GST) which includes helping you personalise a Home Care Program for your dog no matter where you are in the world.

Will my pet insurance cover the treatment cost?
Yes it can, if you obtain a letter of referral from your vet, and the treatment is for a condition/illness covered under your insurance policy. Depending on the level of cover, you may be able to claim from 75% up to a 100% rebate. Check with your pet insurer.
