Do you start your day with the intention to accomplish x number of things and end up only getting through less than half of what you planned to do?

Or maybe you might have a mountain of tasks to undertake and just don’t know where to start?

To all you career mums, stay at home mums, work from home mums, those of you holding stressful corporate jobs, and small business owners, this is for YOU!

My next 5 part mini series is focussed on Planning Your Day and what exactly you can do to ensure you accomplish what you set out to do each day!

After all, how GOOD does it feel when you have achieved everything you wanted to at the end of the day?

So here is my first tip …

Take a few minutes either at the start of each day or the night before to plan your time. The most important time of your day is the time you take to schedule your time!

The benefit for some people of doing this the night before is that it can give you peace of mind and clarity around what you would like to achieve the next day which in turn can help you to more easily switch off for the rest of the evening and quieten the constant buzz in your mind allowing you to wind down and prepare for a good night’s sleep. And we all know from my last post around Sleeping Better, the importance of good quality sleep to our overall emotional and physical health and wellbeing!

Stay tuned for Part 2 in my Plan Your Day series next Monday!
